Consumers' Do Have Rights to Annual Free Credit Reports

National Credit Report is advising consumers of their right to obtain their credit report. The credit monitoring service company says that consumers have a right to their personal credit report at no cost once per year and that they must be aware that this doesn't include their credit score.
