New York Contamination in Public City Schools

New York personal injury attorney, David Perecman, is reviewing the story in the New York Times talking about testing old caulk. Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) has shown up in some schools and may lead to cancer or other disorders of the nervous system. Although PCBs were banned in the 1970s, schools built or renovated from 1950 to 1978 may have window and door caulk containing this.
