Recently, the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo home builder confidence index reached its highest level since June of 2008. GL Homes has taken this as a signal that new home sales for builders may also be rising. The Company has seen an increase in new home sales in Palm Beach County, Florida where home values have stopped declining.
