New York Personal Injury Lawyers Hugry As NYEMS Chief Slams Into Deliveryman

A Chinese food deliveryman was hit and almost killed as an EMS chief was rushing to a stabbing in Brooklyn. There was no stabbing victim, however the deliveryman was injured. New York personal injury lawyer, David Perecman, is asking people not to make any judgments as the details are not known yet. The New York Vehicle and Traffic law , section 1104 permits more leeway to an emergency vehicle and has to be shown to be driving recklessly, as opposed to simply negligently, in order to be found responsible.
