Elevator Accident Attorney In New York Helps Tennents

Elevator accidents in New York is on the rise. David Perecman, New York personnel injury attorney who has handled many premises liability and elevator accident cases, says that the only way tennents are able to get back at landlords for unsafe conditions is in the courts. Recently, a 49-year-old woman died from an asthma attack after being forced to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to her apartment. Both of the elevators in her Bushwick Houses apartment complex were out of order forcing EMS workers to walk up and not save her in time.
